Swallowing Therapy

When chewing and swallowing becomes difficult it is called Dysphagia.  This condition can be treated with exercises and modifications to food textures and swallowing postures.  It is our goal to facilitate safe and enjoyable mealtimes for every patient.

Speech & Language Therapy

Speech and language can be impaired for many reasons, including neurological illness, surgery, degenerative diseases or cancer treatments.  Conditions like Aphasia and Dysarthria often arise as a result.  Therapy will consist of practice, skilled strategies & homework.

Cognitive Therapy

Cognition is a complex network of thinking behaviors that can often be improved with repetitive practice.  Sometimes, cognition can be impacted following extended hospital stays, neurological damage, surgery, even following COVID.  Skills like problem solving, memory and planning can be uniquely treated in the home setting, effectively targeting real-life situations that impact quality of life in a way that can't be addressed in a clinic or rehab hospital.
